Travel Consulting Fee Agreement

In order to begin the professional services required to assist you in evaluating multiple potential travel options, a travel consulting fee of $250 is required. Travel consulting services involve much time and research and are based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. Research includes, but is not limited to: destinations, hotels and tours. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation coordinated and itineraries drafted.

At a future date, when you choose an itinerary, you will be able to review and decide whether you are ready to book the travel as is or if you want to request modifications. The travel consulting fee is earned by as payment for services rendered, whether or not you choose to book your travel with Luxurist Travel, LLC. Typically, clients need no more than a quote or two and a few revisions. After 3 quotes, an hourly consulting rate will be applied at $100 an hour.

TOTAL FEE DUE: $250 for travel consulting. At this signing, the destination, cost and date of travel are undefined. Travel may or may not be taken at traveler’s discretion. This is not considered in any way a deposit for any future travel.
